Vehicle-mounted weighing systems are often a deeply integrated component and can only be installed when the vehicle is built to optimize costs. In addition, there are weighing applications on moving parts, some of which are mechanically heavily stressed, e.g. cranes and stackers. Solutions in which the power supply and signal lines have to be wired often lead to regular service calls with considerable costs for repairs.

Not so with a KWS radio scale. The one we developed

wireless weighing system works independently with its

own Powered by a rechargeable battery. ​ ​

With a skip container scale, the container is weighed directly on site at the customer's site when it is loaded. Our system is characterized by the freely swinging mount of the weighing module. As a result, twisting and swinging do not interfere with the weighing. Exceeding the lifting load is also reduced. In principle, the specifications of the body scale apply. The skip container scale is approved for up to 40 tons.
